Thought field therapy (TFT) is a fringe psychological treatment developed by the American psychologist, Roger Callahan. It can heal a variety of mental and physical ailments through specialised “tapping” with the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands.

Following instructions from your therapist you will be taken through a sequence of tapping, known as an algorithm,  until the symptoms or issue are reduced,


Where appropriate clients will receive an initial free 30 minute consultation. This is to determine if I am able to help, or if I feel you need referring to another form of therapy. It also allows me time to decide what is going to be the best plan to move forward with. This plan may involve one or indeed all of the techniques I have mentioned.

However if you want to just try hypnotherapy for relaxation, of course that is fine too.

Whatever the technique the goal will always be to support you through whatever issue you need help with.

Cancellation of appointments must be done no less than 24 hours prior for a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice and full payment will be expected.

It can also help when you are feeling overwhelmed by difficult situations and daily events. This form of therapy involves talking to someone who is trained to help you to deal with the issues.

What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a state of consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion.  In therapeutic terms, it is a very powerful tool to bring about the desired change within yourself.


NLP is an approach to communication both external (how we talk to others) and internal (how we talk to ourselves), personal development, and psychotherapy, created in the ‘70’s by Bandler and Grinder.

The use of NLP in the therapy setting can be fun, challenging and rewarding. Utilising tools from the NLP toolbox can make those dreaded situations like public speaking, or performance reviews, something that you look forward to. NLP works well with phobias and addictions too.
