Hi, I’m Tom

Clinical massage therapist, yogi, essential oil addict.

My journey into holistic therapy started many years ago. I have always been interested in a more open minded approach to wellness and finding balance. Studying Usui Reiki First Degree back in 2001 marks the official start, however my interest in my teenage years with dabbling into crystal work, meditation (guided and free), and a general interest in aromatherapy.

Finally having the opportunity to focus my time into a deeper understanding of holistic therapy and broaden my knowledge of the different therapies available, has helped to bring a balance back to my own life.

I am proud to be able to have trained with (and continue to train with) some of the most outstanding teachers in the industry. The Jing Massage Institute, Bedford College, Champneys, Penny Price Aromatherapy, LaStoneUK, Gateway Workshops, East Anglian Institute of Hypnotherapy, Neal’s Yard

I continue to develop the therapies that I am able to offer to always aim to provide the best treatments I can.
